Releasing Held Prints (Ricoh - Copier)

Releasing Held Jobs on the Fiery Server via the Copier Interface

1. Wake the Copier: 

Tap the screen to wake the copier from standby mode.

2. Access the EFI Fiery Menu: 

Select “EFI Fiery” from the main screen.
This option connects you to the Fiery server, which manages print jobs sent to the Ricoh printer

3. View Held Jobs: 

Once the EFI Fiery screen loads, tap Jobs List on the top menu, then select Held to display all print jobs currently on hold.

4. Select a Job: 

Tap the job you want to release from the list.
The job will be highlighted, and options at the bottom of the screen will become available.

5. Release the Job: 

Tap Print.
A prompt will appear asking you to log in.
Select Operator from on the left, and enter password "73072". Tap OK to confirm.

Once confirmed, the job will begin printing, and the held job will be removed from the list.
