Adding New Movies - ILS Movie Box

When adding new movies to the movie box, begin placing them in the top row starting with the far-left slot. It is recommended to add cases to the slots so that the case hinge is towards the rear of the machine. 

Be sure to leave at least 3 empty slots between newly added movies and those which were already present in the movie box. These empty slots indicate to the system that it has completed processing the new material.

Newly added items will be processed automatically overnight. 

This process can also be initiated manually from the staff menu but will take the machine out of service until the process completes.

Once completed, the newly added items will be available for checkout.
