Wave Viewpoint: Change Number of Rings Before Voicemail

Open Viewpoint software on your pc and log into your mailbox
Select Routing Lists
Select New Routing List (you can’t modify the Standard Routing List)>>Routing List Wizard
Select preferred option (like call me on my primary device(x###)) >>Next
Select the number of seconds for the phone to ring before going to voicemail >>Next
Select whether to play a greeting and which greeting to play >>Next
Select an option for if you are on another phone call >> Next
Name your Routing List and select the Use this routing list as the default for incoming calls >> Finish
