Zoom - Sharing Screen/Video with Computer Audio

On the meeting toolbar, click Share Screen.
Select the program or desktop containing your video.
Check Share Sound in the share selection window.
(Optional) Click the down arrow next to Share Sound to choose Mono or Stereo (high fidelity).
(Optional) Check Optimize for Video Clip for smoother playback.
Click Share to begin sharing with audio.
Play your video; participants will see and hear it.
